Refund Policy

At Gracious Scents, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with hassle-free returns. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the original contents intact. Once we receive your request, we'll process it swiftly, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges. However, in cases of damaged items, leakage, or incorrect products, we will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
